Subscriptions & Billing

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer three membership plans — Silver, Gold, and Diamond — each with different access levels to designs, AI tools, and courses. Full plan details are on our Pricing page.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds on subscriptions?

All subscriptions and digital products are non-refundable. Once access to designs or courses is granted, refunds cannot be processed — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What happens to my access after I cancel?

After cancellation or expiry, access to designs, the Textile Graphic Design Course, and member-only benefits is discontinued at the end of your current billing cycle.

AI Design Studio & Ordering

How does the AI Design Studio work?

Pick a design from our shop, generate an AI moodboard, then create a mockup by uploading your own garment photo (or add your name/text). Finally, choose your output — Printing or Stitching.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ReadyMadePrint gift cards.

Can I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?

Yes! Enter your promo code or gift card in the designated field during checkout before payment.

How do I download my purchased design?

Once purchased, or included in your active subscription, designs are available for download from your account dashboard.

Printing & Stitching Orders

What printing options are available?

We offer Polyester fabric (sublimation printing) and Cotton fabric (reactive printing) for your chosen design.

What is the Stitching option?

Stitching orders are delivered as DXF format files along with a PDF reference file.

How do I place a Printing or Stitching order?

After completing your AI Studio mockup, choose Printing or Stitching as your output — this sends a prefilled WhatsApp order message that our team processes directly.

How can I track my printing/stitching order?

Once your order is confirmed over WhatsApp, our team will share status updates and delivery timelines directly with you.

Courses & Account

How do I access the Textile Graphic Design Course?

Course access is a free benefit for active subscription members — no separate purchase needed. It is not available to non-members or expired subscriptions.

How long can I access course materials?

Course access remains valid only during your active subscription period. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, access is automatically revoked.

Can I share or redistribute course content?

No. Course materials are for personal learning use only. Sharing, re-uploading, or reselling course content is prohibited and may result in account termination.
