Free Registered Subscriber: 10 complimentary designs/day of Step 1 Color Harmony & 10 complimentary repeat designs/day of Step 3 Pattern Atelier & Custom Buta (curated for catalog publication under our upfront Free Creative Pass).
Silver Sail (₹999/month): 10 curated catalog design downloads per day, 0 AI generation credits, unlimited client-side design editing in Color Harmony, Pattern Atelier, 4X Upscaler Pro, 14-Garment BOM, and Fabric Print Estimator. 1 active workspace category.
Golden Voyage (₹2,999/month): 20 curated catalog design downloads per day, 150 AI credits per month (~75–150 AI generations/mockups), 2 active workspace categories, 15 customized seamless designs per month, Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio, and member-discounted fabric printing.
Diamond Horizon (₹10,000/month): 40 curated catalog design downloads per day, 400 AI credits per month with UNLIMITED CARRY-FORWARD ROLLOVER (~200–400 AI generations/mockups), all 4 workspace categories concurrently, 30 customized seamless designs per month, Custom Brand Kit integration, and VIP Stitching CAD access.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds on subscriptions?

All subscriptions and digital products are non-refundable. Once access to designs or courses is granted, refunds cannot be processed — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What happens to my access after I cancel?

After cancellation or expiry, access to designs, the Textile Graphic Design Course, and member-only benefits is discontinued at the end of your current billing cycle.

Printing & Stitching Orders

What printing options are available?

We offer state-of-the-art digital textile printing across 105+ commercial fabric qualities:

Natural & Blended Fabrics (Digital Reactive & Pigment Printing): 100% Cotton Cambric, Poplin, Voile, Mulmul, Chanderi Silk, Pure Crepe, Viscose, Rayon, and Linen (wash-fast, soft hand-feel).
Polyester & Synthetic Fabrics (Digital Sublimation Printing): Poly Crepe, Georgette, Satin, Poly Velvet, 4-Way Stretch Lycra Spandex, Scuba, Organza, and Dobby Chiffon (vibrant HD colors, zero color bleed).
DTF (Direct-to-Fabric) Printing: Precision motif and panel printing for apparel borders, logos, and t-shirts.

We support sampling runs starting from just 1 meter up to bulk mill production rolls.

What is the Stitching option?

Our Stitching Studio generates universal, layered vector CAD patterns adhering to international ASTM / AAMA standards:

Adobe Illustrator (.AI): Layered vector file with standard CUT (10mm seam allowance), SEW, GRAINLINE, NOTCH, and LABEL layers.
ASTM DXF: 100% interoperable with Optitex PDS, CLO 3D, Gerber Accumark, and Lectra Modaris.
True-Scale 1:1 SVG: For digital viewing and laser/plotter cutting.
A4 & A0 Tiled PDF: For standard home or office printer tile assembly.

Patterns are drafted across 18+ Indian ethnic and Western garment silhouettes with standard XS through 5XL sizing chips.

How do I place a Printing or Stitching order?

After completing your AI Studio mockup, choose Printing or Stitching as your output — this sends a prefilled WhatsApp order message that our team processes directly.

How can I track my printing/stitching order?

Once your order is confirmed over WhatsApp, our team will share status updates and delivery timelines directly with you.

Courses & Account

How do I access the Textile Graphic Design Course?

Course access is a free benefit for active subscription members — no separate purchase needed. It is not available to non-members or expired subscriptions.

How long can I access course materials?

Course access remains valid only during your active subscription period. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, access is automatically revoked.

Can I share or redistribute course content?

No. Course materials are for personal learning use only. Sharing, re-uploading, or reselling course content is prohibited and may result in account termination.
