1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or purchasing any product or subscription on READYMADEPRINT, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

READYMADEPRINT is a subscription-based digital design platform providing:

• Digital textile and graphic designs
• AI Design Studio (AI-assisted moodboards, mockups, and stitching patterns)
• Customized creative services
• Textile Graphic Design learning resources

3. User Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Account sharing or multiple user access is strictly prohibited
• Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination

4. Subscription & Access

• All plans operate on a monthly subscription basis and renew automatically until cancelled by the user
• Access to designs, AI tools, services, and courses is available only during an active subscription
• Active members may download eligible Membership Library designs without any monthly download limit
• Premium Library designs are included free only with Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon plans
• New Arrival designs carry plan-wise member discounts: Silver Sail 25%, Golden Voyage 65%, Diamond Horizon 80%
• Access is automatically revoked upon subscription cancellation or expiration

5. Textile Graphic Design Course

• Course access is provided free of cost with any active subscription plan
• Non-members may purchase the course separately at the price listed on the website
• Sharing, distributing, or re-uploading course content is strictly prohibited
• Violation may lead to permanent account termination

6. Design Usage, License & Premium Access Policy

All designs available on READYMADEPRINT remain the intellectual property of READYMADEPRINT. Subscription plans grant limited usage rights only, based on the selected plan.

6.1 Silver Sail Plan

• Designs may be used only for learning, practice, and personal or internal projects
• Self Branding License is NOT included
• Resale License is NOT included
• Premium Library designs are not available for free download (25% member discount applies on New Arrival designs)
• Designs must not be resold, shared, redistributed, or transferred in any form

6.2 Golden Voyage Plan

• Self Branding License is included
• Designs may be used under the subscriber’s own brand name for end products such as fabrics, garments, or client deliverables
• Resale or redistribution of digital design files is strictly prohibited
• Resale License is NOT included
• Premium Library designs may be accessed free of cost during an active subscription

6.3 Diamond Horizon Plan

• Self Branding License and Resale License are included
• Designs may be used for commercial projects, client work, and resale-based end products
• Direct resale, sharing, or redistribution of original or modified digital design files is not permitted, unless explicitly approved in writing
• Premium Library designs may be accessed free of cost during an active subscription

6.4 Important License Notice

• Free access to Premium Library designs does not transfer ownership
• Digital files may never be uploaded to third-party stock platforms
• Any license misuse may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6.5 Customized Design Limits & Pricing

Customized design services are available only to active members and are subject to monthly limits and member pricing based on the selected subscription plan.

• Golden Voyage members may request up to 15 customized designs per month.
• Diamond Horizon members may request up to 30 customized designs per month.

The applicable member price per design depends on the subscription plan and the type of customization selected, as displayed on the Pricing Page and plan tooltips at the time of purchase.

• Customized Seamless Design: Charged per design at the member price applicable to the selected plan.
• Customized Any Design (non-seamless, special themes, or custom requests): Charged per design at the member price applicable to the selected plan.

Monthly design limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Unused customized design requests do not carry forward to subsequent months under any plan.

READYMADEPRINT reserves the right to evaluate design scope, complexity, and feasibility before accepting any customized design request.

6.6 AI Design Studio & AI Credits (v5.3 8-Step Creative Pipeline)

The AI Design Studio is an integrated 8-step creative workstation for members: (1) Pantone TCX Color Extractor · (2) Visual Moodboard Studio · (3) Design Generation & Repeat Pattern Studio · (4) RMP Upscale [AI 4X & 300 DPI] · (5) 3D Product & Fabric Mockup · (6) Garment Tech Pack Spec Sheet with 14-Garment BOM · (7) CAD Stitching Pattern Studio · (8) Digital Fabric Printing (Job Work & Supply).

Each subscription plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance:

• Silver Sail — 200 AI Credits/Month. Dedicated Textile & Fashion Studio for moodboards and design concepts (~100 AI designs/mo). Step 1 Pantone TCX Extractor is 100% FREE. Includes 14-Garment BOM fabric meterage calculator and member pricing for AI to Print-Ready File Service (₹499/design). Digital fabric printing is provided at standard rate ₹300/m. Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio is not included. Unused credits expire at billing cycle end.
• Golden Voyage — 600 AI Credits/Month. Full 8-Step Textile & Fashion Creative Suite access (~300 AI designs/mo): Repeat Pattern Studio (Single Motif, 2×2 Tile Grid, and 3×3 Fabric Roll), AI 4X Upscaler, 3D Product & Fabric Mockups, 14-Garment Tech Packs with RMP Brand Kit PDF export, Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio, exclusive Member Discounted Job Work Fabric Printing (Natural ₹199/m, Poly ₹160/m, Bulk ₹99/m vs ₹300/m), member pricing for AI to Print-Ready File Service (₹399/design), plus Dual-Tier Custom Design Quotas: 15 Seamless (@ ₹799) + 15 Any-Design (@ ₹1,299) = 30 custom designs/month. Unused credits expire at billing cycle end.
• Diamond Horizon — 1,500 AI Credits/Month with UNLIMITED CARRY FORWARD. Ultimate Studio Powerhouse across ALL 5 Studios: Textile, Fashion, Home Decor, Advertisement, and Architectural visualizers. Unused credits roll over automatically to the next month so you never lose them. Includes Custom Brand Kit Integration (subscriber brand logo and business details injected into Tech Packs and A4 PDFs), Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio, Priority Job Work Fabric Printing starting at ₹99/m, VIP AI to Print-Ready File Service (₹199/design), and VIP Dual-Tier Custom Design Quotas: 30 Seamless (@ ₹499) + 30 Any-Design (@ ₹1,000) = 60 custom designs/month at VIP rates.

Credit schedule: Step 2 Moodboard: 2 credits · Step 3 Design & Repeat: 2 credits · Step 4 AI 4X Upscale: 0 credits (Free) · Step 5 3D Mockup: 2 credits · Step 6 Tech Pack & 14-Garment BOM: 1 credit. Step 1 Pantone TCX Extractor and Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio are 0 credits. Credit values and tool availability may be revised at any time.

• Credits for Silver Sail and Golden Voyage reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry forward. Diamond Horizon subscribers enjoy unlimited carry-forward of unused credits while the subscription remains active.
• Failed generations caused by technical errors or timeouts are not charged and will be refunded to your balance.
• AI-generated outputs may be used only as per the license of the active plan (Silver: personal/learning; Golden: self-branding; Diamond: commercial and resale-based end products).
• AI outputs must not be uploaded to third-party stock platforms, mass-generated for redistribution, or used to create a competing design catalog.
• READYMADEPRINT may apply fair-use limits, moderation, or rate limits to prevent misuse of the AI Design Studio.

6.6a Cutting Pattern Files (DXF / SVG)

Where a Tech Pack or Step 7 CAD Pattern includes machine-readable cutting files (DXF, SVG, and printable PDF), those files are drafted by READYMADEPRINT’s CAD engine utilizing bust darts and pleats algorithms — they are precision vector patterns, not approximate AI sketches. Step 7 CAD Pattern drafting is available exclusively on Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon plans.

• The files match the standard industry measurements shown, but they are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate for every fabric drape, weave shrinkage, elastane stretch, or individual body posture variation.
• Always print at 100% scale, measure the 1-inch / 10-cm test square printed on the pattern sheet, and sew one sample test garment before commencing bulk fabric cutting or production runs.
• READYMADEPRINT is not liable for fabric, production or commercial loss arising from cutting in bulk without a physical sample verification.

6.6b Digital Fabric Printing & Job Work Policy

READYMADEPRINT offers custom digital fabric printing services (Reactive, Sublimation, Pigment, and DTF) across 105+ commercial fabrics. Active Golden and Diamond subscribers receive exclusive discounted member rates (Natural fabrics at ₹199/m, Polyester fabrics at ₹160/m, and bulk production rates at ₹99/m vs ₹300/m standard pricing for Silver Sail and non-members).

• Shrinkage Allowance: Natural cotton, viscose, and silk fabrics may experience natural processing shrinkage of ±3% to 5% during high-temperature washing, steaming, and finishing. Ensure your production meterage accounts for this variance.
• Color Profile & Representation: Digital screens display colors in RGB light, whereas digital fabric printers use specialized reactive, pigment, or disperse textile inks (CMYK + spot channels). Minor color shifts between computer monitors and finished printed textiles are normal. For exact color matching, utilize our Step 1 Pantone TCX color standards.
• Client-Supplied Fabrics (Job Work): When clients supply their own fabric for job work, the fabric must be properly RFD (Ready For Dyeing/Printing) with no sizing chemical residues. READYMADEPRINT is not responsible for printing irregularities caused by pre-existing fabric weaving flaws or improper scouring in client-supplied textiles.

6.6c Shop Design Customization with AI (Shutterstock Model)

Customers and members may choose any catalog pattern displayed in the READYMADEPRINT Shop and launch it directly inside the AI Design Studio via the “Customize This Design with AI” button. This deep-links the pattern into the studio as an active visual reference, allowing users to re-style the aesthetic, adjust color palettes, or add motif variations. The resulting generated pattern inherits the license terms of the member’s plan or purchased tier.

6.6d Design Preview Watermarking & IP Protection

To protect our proprietary textile archive and prevent automated scraping or unauthorized commercial exploitation, preview images displayed across the catalog and product pages feature high-density dual-tone copyright watermarks. Clean, un-watermarked high-resolution 4K production files (300 DPI TIFF and PNG) along with official PDF license certificates are delivered exclusively upon successful checkout or active membership download.

6.7 Direct Client Services (Custom Design & Print)

Separate from the member customized designs described in 6.5, READYMADEPRINT also provides direct custom design and printing services to individuals and businesses. These are engaged through the Client Onboarding form and are not part of any subscription plan.

• Each project is quoted individually based on design scope, print method, material, and quantity. There is no fixed price list.
• Work begins only after the client submits the onboarding form and approves the written quote. An advance is payable before work begins, as stated in the quote; the balance is payable before delivery or dispatch.
• Design and production timelines are as set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• No refunds are issued once design work or printing has been delivered.
• Before a project begins, a client who is not satisfied with the assigned designer may request that the work be reassigned to a different designer at no additional cost, instead of a refund.
• On full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to the delivered design or printed product. READYMADEPRINT may feature completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of onboarding.
• Client Services are invoiced separately under GST and are not covered by subscription plan limits, member pricing, or AI credits.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure online payment gateways
• All digital products, AI credits, and subscriptions are non-refundable
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute designs, AI outputs, or course materials
• Upload READYMADEPRINT content to stock websites or marketplaces
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities

9. Account Termination

READYMADEPRINT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, AI-generated assets, courses, and materials available on READYMADEPRINT, is the intellectual property of READYMADEPRINT and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

11. Changes to Terms

READYMADEPRINT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
