1. Subscription Overview

READYMADEPRINT offers subscription-based access to digital designs, AI design tools, services, and learning resources. All plans are billed on a monthly basis and continue until cancelled by the user.

2. Available Plans

We offer three subscription plans: Silver Sail, Golden Voyage, and Diamond Horizon.
Each plan includes different features and benefits, which are clearly mentioned on the Pricing Page.

3. Subscription Activation

• Subscription access is activated immediately after successful payment
• Users gain access to eligible designs, AI credits, services, and learning content during the active period

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions do not expire automatically — they renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle
• The renewal amount is charged automatically until the subscription is cancelled
• Renewal continues at the current plan price applicable at the time of renewal

5. Member Downloads

• Active members can download eligible designs from the Membership Library at no extra cost, with no monthly download limit
• Premium Library designs are free only for Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon members; Silver Sail members may purchase them separately
• New Arrival designs carry plan-wise member discounts: Silver Sail 25%, Golden Voyage 65%, Diamond Horizon 80%
• All downloads may be used only as per the license of the active plan (see Terms & Conditions)

6. AI Design Studio, Shop Customization & Credits (8-Step Production Pipeline)

READYMADEPRINT provides an end-to-end 8-Step Production Pipeline inside the AI Design Studio: (1) RMP Color Harmony & Pantone TCX Extractor · (2) Visual Moodboard Studio · (3) Design Generation & Repeat Pattern Studio · (4) RMP Upscaler Pro [2X/4X & 300 DPI] · (5) 3D Photorealistic Product & Fabric Mockup · (6) Garment Tech Pack Spec Sheet with 14-Garment BOM · (7) CAD Stitching Pattern Studio · (8) Digital Fabric Printing (Job Work & Supply).

• Silver Sail — 0 AI Credits/Month (Daily Design Downloads & Unlimited Studio Editing): Dedicated Textile & Fashion Studio with 10 curated catalog design downloads/day and unlimited client-side design editing in RMP Studio tools: Step 1 Color Harmony & Pantone TCX Extractor, Step 3 Tab 2 Pattern Atelier (repeat grids, mirror, shift, motif builder), Custom Buta / Motif Placer, 4X Upscaler Pro, 14-Garment BOM Fabric Meterage Calculator, and Fabric Print Cost Estimator. • Diamond Horizon — 400 AI Credits/Month with UNLIMITED CARRY FORWARD (~200–400 AI Generations/Mockups): 40 curated catalog design downloads/day. Ultimate Studio Powerhouse across ALL 4 Workspaces: Textile & Fashion, Home Decor, Advertisement, and Architectural visualizers. Unused credits roll over automatically to the next month so you never lose them. Includes Custom Brand Kit Integration (subscriber business logo and details injected into Tech Packs and A4 PDFs), Step 7 CAD Vector Patterns, Priority Job Work Fabric Printing starting at ₹99/m, VIP AI to Print-Ready File Service at ₹199/design, and VIP Dual-Tier Custom Design Quotas: 30 Seamless (@ ₹499) + 30 Any-Design (@ ₹1,000) = 60 custom designs/month at VIP rates.
• Free Registered Subscriber Privileges & Studio Tool Limits: Registered free website subscribers receive complimentary daily access to test RMP Studio design engineering tools: 10 complimentary designs / day of Step 1 (Color Harmony & Pantone TCX Extractor) and 10 complimentary designs / day of Step 3 (Pattern Atelier & Custom Buta repeat generators). Daily limits automatically refresh each day at midnight local time. Upon reaching daily limits, subscribers are invited to upgrade to an active membership plan (Silver Sail, Golden Voyage, or Diamond Horizon) for unlimited studio tool editing, high-resolution exports, and 100% design privacy.
• Design Ownership, Privacy & Community Design Curation:
  • Creator IP & Ownership Rights (100% Retained): Creators retain full intellectual property ownership and commercial rights to utilize, manufacture, produce, and sell their own designs created inside the RMP AI Design Studio without limitation.
  • Community Catalog Curation (Free Registered Subscribers — Upfront Creative Pass Agreement): In exchange for 10 complimentary daily designs in Step 1 and Step 3, Free Registered Subscribers agree upon entering the Studio (rmp_free_subscriber_agreement_v1) that repeat patterns created in Step 3 (via Pattern Atelier or Custom Buta) are automatically saved to the ReadyMadePrint curation queue. ReadyMadePrint receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license to review, curate, feature, and publish approved designs for sale in the public website catalog. Past Silver Sail designs created prior to this policy remain strictly private and are never retroactively archived. User-uploaded source artwork, third-party artwork, and unverified external assets are strictly excluded from community curation without confirmed intellectual property rights. All submitted community designs are reviewed manually as drafts before any catalog consideration.
  • Paid Membership Plans (Silver Sail, Golden Voyage & Diamond Horizon) — 100% Confidential Private Ownership Guarantee: All designs, motifs, colorways, mockups, tech packs, and CAD patterns created by paying members (Silver Sail, Golden Voyage, and Diamond Horizon) are 100% private, confidential, and exclusive to the subscriber. ReadyMadePrint guarantees that paid member creations are never archived, curated, inspected, published, or sold under any circumstances.
• Workspace Category Selection (30-Day Time Lock): To ensure project workspace integrity and consistent production environments, workspace category selections are strictly time-locked for thirty (30) days from initial confirmation: Silver Sail members select one (1) dedicated category; Golden Voyage members select two (2) categories; Diamond Horizon members receive unrestricted access to all four (4) categories. Category switching is locked for 30 days, unlocking automatically upon monthly renewal or immediately upon upgrading to Diamond Horizon.
• Shop Catalog Customization: Members and customers can customize any catalog design directly from product pages using the Shutterstock-style “Customize with AI” tool, pre-loading artwork into the AI Studio to generate new palettes, styles, or motifs.
• Credit Consumption Schedule: Step 1 RMP Color Harmony: 0 credits (Free) · Step 2 Visual Moodboard: 2 credits · Step 3 Design Generation (Tab 1 AI): 2 credits · Step 3 Pattern Atelier (Tab 2 Editor): 0 credits (Free Unlimited for Members) · Step 4 RMP Upscaler Pro: 0 credits (Free) · Step 5 3D Photorealistic Mockup: 2 credits · Step 6 Tech Pack & 14-Garment BOM: 100% Free Standard BOM / 1 credit Pro AI Factory Spec · Step 7 CAD Stitching Pattern Studio: 0 credits (Golden & Diamond VIP) · Step 8 Fabric Printing Estimator: 0 credits.
• Failed generations caused by system or server timeouts are not charged; credits are automatically restored to your balance.
• AI-generated outputs may be used only as per the license of the active plan (Silver: personal/learning; Golden: self-branding; Diamond: commercial and resale-based end products).
• Digital Fabric Printing (Job Work): Printing services are commercial manufacturing services invoiced separately with 5% GST and do not consume AI credits. Golden and Diamond members receive exclusive discounted printing rates across 105+ commercial fabrics: Natural/Cotton fabrics at ₹199/meter, Polyester fabrics at ₹160/meter, and bulk production rates at ₹99/meter (compared to ₹300/meter for Silver and non-members).
• Cutting pattern files (DXF/SVG/AI): Precision patterns generated in Step 7 are drafted by READYMADEPRINT’s Universal CAD engine conforming to ASTM/AAMA industry standards, featuring graded XS–5XL standard sizing chips, non-colliding pill labels, and layered Adobe Illustrator (.AI), DXF, and SVG vector exports. Available exclusively on Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon plans. Always print at 100% scale, measure the 1-inch / 10-cm test square, and sew one sample garment before bulk production.

7. Cancellation

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard
• Cancellation will stop future billing
• Access (including downloads, AI credits, and course) remains available until the end of the current billing cycle

8. No Refund Policy

• All subscriptions are non-refundable
• Partial usage, unused AI credits, or early cancellation does not qualify for a refund

9. Plan Changes

READYMADEPRINT reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, AI credit allocations, or features at any time. Any updates will be reflected on the website.

10. Misuse & Suspension

If a user is found violating platform rules (including misuse of the AI Design Studio or automated abuse), READYMADEPRINT may suspend or terminate the subscription without refund.
