1. Subscription Overview

READYMADEPRINT offers subscription-based access to digital designs, AI design tools, services, and learning resources. All plans are billed on a monthly basis and continue until cancelled by the user.

2. Available Plans

We offer three subscription plans: Silver Sail, Golden Voyage, and Diamond Horizon.
Each plan includes different features and benefits, which are clearly mentioned on the Pricing Page.

3. Subscription Activation

• Subscription access is activated immediately after successful payment
• Users gain access to eligible designs, AI credits, services, and learning content during the active period

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions do not expire automatically — they renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle
• The renewal amount is charged automatically until the subscription is cancelled
• Renewal continues at the current plan price applicable at the time of renewal

5. Member Downloads

• Active members can download eligible designs from the Membership Library at no extra cost, with no monthly download limit
• Premium Library designs are free only for Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon members; Silver Sail members may purchase them separately
• New Arrival designs carry plan-wise member discounts: Silver Sail 25%, Golden Voyage 65%, Diamond Horizon 80%
• All downloads may be used only as per the license of the active plan (see Terms & Conditions)

6. AI Design Studio, Shop Customization & Credits (v5.3 8-Step Creative Pipeline)

• Silver Sail — 200 AI Credits/Month: Dedicated Textile & Fashion Studio for moodboard creation and AI design concepts (~100 AI designs/mo). Step 1 Pantone TCX Extractor is 100% free. Includes 14-Garment BOM fabric meterage calculator and AI to Print-Ready File Service at member rate ₹499/design. Digital fabric printing is available at standard non-member rate ₹300/m. Step 7 CAD Pattern Studio is not included. Unused monthly credits expire at billing cycle end.
• Golden Voyage — 600 AI Credits/Month: Full 8-Step Textile & Fashion Creative Suite access (~300 AI designs/mo): Repeat Pattern Studio (Single Motif, 2×2 Tile Grid, and 3×3 Fabric Roll), AI 4X Upscaler, 3D Mockups, 14-Garment Tech Packs with RMP Brand Kit PDF export, Step 7 CAD Vector Stitching Pattern Studio, exclusive Member Discounted Job Work Fabric Printing (Natural ₹199/m, Poly ₹160/m, Bulk ₹99/m vs ₹300/m), AI to Print-Ready File Service at member rate ₹399/design, plus Dual-Tier Custom Design Quotas: 15 Seamless (@ ₹799) + 15 Any-Design (@ ₹1,299) = 30 custom designs/month. • Diamond Horizon — 1,500 AI Credits/Month with UNLIMITED CARRY FORWARD: Ultimate Studio Powerhouse across ALL 5 Studios: Textile, Fashion, Home Decor, Advertisement, and Architectural 2D/3D visualizers. Unused credits roll over automatically to the next month so you can use them anytime. Includes Custom Brand Kit Integration (subscriber business logo and details injected into Tech Packs and A4 PDFs), Step 7 CAD Vector Patterns, Priority Job Work Fabric Printing starting at ₹99/m, VIP AI to Print-Ready File Service at ₹199/design, and VIP Dual-Tier Custom Design Quotas: 30 Seamless (@ ₹499) + 30 Any-Design (@ ₹1,000) = 60 custom designs/month at VIP rates.
• Shop Catalog Customization: Members and customers can customize any catalog design directly from product pages using the Shutterstock-style "Customize with AI" tool, pre-loading artwork into the AI Studio to generate new palettes, styles, or motifs.
• Credit Consumption Schedule: Step 2 Visual Moodboard: 2 credits · Step 3 Design & Repeat Generation: 2 credits · Step 4 AI 4X Upscaler: 0 credits (Free) · Step 5 3D Mockup: 2 credits · Step 6 Tech Pack & 14-Garment BOM: 1 credit. Step 1 Pantone TCX Extractor and Step 7 CAD Stitching Pattern Studio are 0 credits.
• Failed generations caused by system or server timeouts are not charged; credits are automatically restored.
• AI-generated outputs may be used only as per the license of the active plan (Silver: personal/learning; Golden: self-branding; Diamond: commercial and resale-based end products).
• Digital Fabric Printing (Job Work): Printing services are commercial manufacturing services invoiced separately with 5% GST and do not consume AI credits. Golden and Diamond members receive exclusive discounted printing rates across 105+ fabrics: Natural/Cotton fabrics at ₹199/meter, Polyester fabrics at ₹160/meter, and bulk production rates at ₹99/meter (compared to ₹300/meter for Silver and non-members).
• Cutting pattern files (DXF/SVG): Precision patterns generated in Step 7 are drafted by READYMADEPRINT’s CAD engine incorporating bust darts and pleats. Available exclusively on Golden Voyage and Diamond Horizon plans. Always print at 100% scale, measure the 1-inch test square, and sew one sample garment before bulk production.

7. Cancellation

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard
• Cancellation will stop future billing
• Access (including downloads, AI credits, and course) remains available until the end of the current billing cycle

8. No Refund Policy

• All subscriptions are non-refundable
• Partial usage, unused AI credits, or early cancellation does not qualify for a refund

9. Plan Changes

READYMADEPRINT reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, AI credit allocations, or features at any time. Any updates will be reflected on the website.

10. Misuse & Suspension

If a user is found violating platform rules (including misuse of the AI Design Studio or automated abuse), READYMADEPRINT may suspend or terminate the subscription without refund.
