1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

READYMADEPRINT provides digital products, subscription services, AI design tools, and online learning resources. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all purchases are non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

• All subscriptions and digital products are non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused time, unused downloads, or accidental purchases
• Unused AI credits: AI credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once consumed. Credits for Silver Sail and Golden Voyage expire at billing cycle end, while Diamond Horizon subscribers enjoy unlimited rollover of unused credits for as long as their subscription remains active
• Once access is granted to designs, AI tools, or course materials, refunds cannot be processed

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• All subscription plans renew automatically every month until cancelled by the user
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard
• Cancellation will stop future billing; charges already processed (including auto-renewal charges) are non-refundable
• To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date
• Access to subscription benefits remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

4. Effect of Cancellation

After subscription cancellation or expiry:

• Access to member design downloads (Membership Library, Premium Library) will be restricted
• Remaining AI credits will lapse immediately at the end of the billing cycle
• Access to the Textile Graphic Design Course will be revoked
• Member-only services, discounts, and benefits will be discontinued

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In rare cases of failed or duplicate payments, users may contact support for review.
Any refund or adjustment will be at the sole discretion of READYMADEPRINT.
AI generations that fail due to technical error are not charged credits; if credits are wrongly deducted, contact support for credit adjustment.

6. AI Credits, Custom Design & Digital Fabric Printing

AI Credits: AI credits added to an account as part of a monthly subscription allowance or top-up pack are consumed upon generation and cannot be refunded or converted into cash once used. If an AI generation fails due to a system error, timeout, or server malfunction, the credits for that specific generation are automatically restored to your balance. Unspent monthly credits for Silver Sail and Golden Voyage expire at the end of each billing period, whereas Diamond Horizon subscribers enjoy unlimited rollover of unused credits for as long as their subscription remains active.

Customized Bespoke Design Services: Custom bespoke design bookings include up to two (2) rounds of revisions based on your original design brief. Because customized design work involves dedicated design labor, creative drafting, and technical packaging, fees paid for custom designs are non-refundable once design drafting has commenced.

Digital Fabric Printing (Job Work): Custom fabric printing is an individualized, made-to-order manufacturing process. Once fabric processing, chemical coating, or digital ink printing has commenced, print orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect (such as ink smudging, nozzle streaks, or incorrect motif scale caused by our machinery exceeding standard industry tolerances), READYMADEPRINT will inspect the goods and either provide a complimentary re-print or issue a store credit for the affected meterage upon return of the damaged fabric.

6A. Direct Client Projects & Custom Work

This section applies to direct client work (custom design and printing) and to physical products. These are handled separately from the digital subscriptions and downloads described above.

• No refunds are issued once design work or printing has been delivered. Custom work is produced specifically for the client and cannot be resold or reused.
• Before a project begins, a client who is not satisfied with the assigned designer may request that the work be reassigned to a different designer at no additional cost. This applies in place of a refund.
• Advance payments made against an approved quote are adjusted against the project and are not returned as cash.
• Damaged or lost shipments: report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, as set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. READYMADEPRINT will arrange a replacement or courier claim at no cost to the customer.
• Wrong or defective item delivered: contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Verified cases are eligible for replacement.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where the error is READYMADEPRINT’s.

7. Changes to Policy

READYMADEPRINT reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
